Introduction to Tapping ~ Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and How It Can Improve Your Well-Being

  • Scituate Salt Cave 164 Front Street Scituate, MA 02066 USA (map)

Join EFT Practitioner, Christine O’Shaughnessy, Founder of Mindful Presence and Best Selling Author of “Mindful Presence in Leadership: Releasing Burnout, Chaos and Stress” in this hands-on workshop where we will explore Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “Tapping.” EFT is a powerful self-help method that can be used to manage emotions, alleviate stress, and even improve physical well-being. In this session, we will break down what EFT is, how it works, and how you can incorporate it into your daily routine to experience greater emotional balance and overall well-being.

Tapping is a self-healing practice that combines elements of acupressure and psychological awareness. The method involves tapping on specific points on your body, which are believed to correspond to energy pathways. Tapping, similar to acupuncture, helps release blockages in these pathways and restore emotional balance.

In this workshop you will:

  • Understand what EFT is and how it works

  • Learn about the key points to tap on your body

  • Explore the potential benefits of EFT for mental and physical health

  • Practice basic tapping techniques for emotional regulation

  • Be able to apply EFT to address stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges
