HALOTHERAPY OR SALT THERAPY

Halotherapy is an alternative spa-like experience that involves breathing salty air from pure, ancient Himalayan salt, in a tranquil, meditative cave environment. Taking wellness to another level, Halotherapy is like spending time in the salty sea air, and offers health benefits far beyond a relaxing beach vacation…all in just 45 minutes.

  • Small Cave - $45/per person. Always only one party (private). Can seat up to 4 people.

  • Large Cave - Can be booked two ways, $40/per person for a community cave and $50/per person for a private cave

    • Private Large Cave requires a minimum of 4 Guests

IONIC FOOT BATH DETOX

Add an Ionic Foot Bath Detox to your Halotherapy. This foot soak uses water charged with positive and negative ions – electrolytes – to help draw toxins from your body out through your feet through a process of exchange between the positive and negative ions in your body, and their opposite numbers in the water. Your foot bath may turn different colors based on what you are detoxifying and from where in your body it is coming from.

  • Treatment takes 30 minutes. $45 per person. (Max 4)

SALT CAVE YOGA

Extend the benefits of Salt Therapy by practicing yoga inside the large Salt Cave. These 50 minute classes includes Halotherapy during your practice. All classes are all levels

  • Salt, Breath, and Yoga classes are at 9:00am on Friday mornings with Amber Gregory

  • Yin Yoga is offered Wednesday nights at 6:15pm with Kerri Delahunt

  • Salty SUNday Stretch with Cristina, Sunday’s 8:45am

REIKI

Reiki is a form of energy healing that guides the healthy flow of energy through the body to promote healing. It helps produce relaxation, reduce stress, manage pain, relieve depression, and can assist with the management of some chronic diseases. Group and private Reiki is available with Karen on Tuesdays. Group Reiki with Astrology, called Salt & Stars is offered on Monday nights.

Readings

Sometimes we need a little guidance. That guidance can come in different forms.

  • Astrology, Mediumship & Tarot Card Readings with Colleen Marie. This reading takes place outside of the cave.

  • Spiritual Guidance Readings with Mary Obana. Connect with your very own Spirit team guiding you to the answers you seek. This reading takes place in the small cave.

  • Akashic Record Readings with Chrisi Hagar. Learn about your records that contain the details of your soul and its journey. This reading can be inside our outside the cave.

Sound Baths

Relax with the gentle vibrations of sound made from Tibetan bowls, chimes, shruti box, rattles, drums and flutes. We offer Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing with Trish Hart, a beautiful blend of meditative rest with the sounds of her calming instruments. Caroline Moody, Licensed Acupuncturist offers AcuSound, the unique combination of Acupuncture along with her peaceful music.
