We are thrilled to have Mellara Gold share our space for this special class. Nervous System Reset combines yin yoga, guided meditation and yogic breathing. The 60 minute practice is designed to encourage the body to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, going into rest and digest mode. Find space and connect the mind, body and breath with simple, mindful movements to create a state of calm, openness and restoration. Beginners to seasoned practitioners are welcome. Mellara is also available for private Spiritual Counseling, Yogic Breathing Practices, Being Mindful In Our Daily Lives, Yoga With An Alignment-Based Focus & Meditation Practices in the cave.
