Yin Yoga poses are held for a longer time that traditional yoga to help stretch your joints and ligaments and fascia. This type of yoga is based on Chinese principles that we all have energy (Qi) pathways in our connective tissues that run through our bodies and may become blocked. Taking time to stretch these pathways helps unblock them and allows our energy to flow freely helping to restore our bodies to heath. Join us on this special Wednesday night at 6:15pm
